Shipping and Returns


Delivery of your purchases is normally within 7-10 days but may be sooner.

Delivery Charges

Current basic delivery charges are:

  • Armchairs £72
  • Sofas £120
  • Corner Sofas £180;

For multiple item orders, the delivery charge is calculated as follows:

  • Item 1 full delivery price
  • Item 2 half delivery price
  • Subsequent items half delivery price
(Where Item1 is the most expesive delivery price).

Delivery charges are subject to variation. Delilvery charges are higher for some postcodes due to higher courier costs.
The website endeavours to give you an accurate quotation on delivery, however we reserve the right to amend the delivery charge. In the unlikely event that we have to do this we will notify you in advance and offer a refund if an agreement cannot be met.


You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. All you need to do is advise us by email or through the contact form. On receipt of your cancellation request, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.


Unwanted Items

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your furniture in which to advise us in writing that you do not want to keep the goods. Notification can be sent via email or through the contact form. After we have acknowledged your request, we ask that you do the following to assist with return of the goods:

  • The furniture must be returned in its original condition
  • Please make the furniture available for collection within 14 calendar days
  • We will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the items being returned, excluding delivery and collection charges
  • Mattresses and divan beds cannot be returned as unwanted unless unopened and in their original packaging

Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive your item in unsatisfactory condition, you should endeavour to contact us as soon as possible. We will then make arrangements to rectify the problem. We may agree to replace or refund the item - note that in some cases a replacement item may not be available. Refunds for defective items shall be limited to the original purchase price paid for the item. Once the goods are back at our warehouse and have been inspected, we will confirm the refund amount due by e-mail and make the repayment within 7 days.


Refunds will be provided using the same method as your original payment. Please note refunds may take 7 working days to be processed.
